WHAT’S ‘MADE IN DAGENHAM?’
The Story That Changed History—One Stitch at a Time
Get ready for an unforgettable evening with the ladies and gentlemen of Ford Dagenham. This uplifting musical is inspired by the remarkable true story of the Ford sewing machinists who dared to stand up for equal pay!
Bursting with wit, warmth and an irresistible score, this inspiring production follows Rita O’Grady when she unexpectedly becomes the voice of a movement that changed the lives of working women forever.
Packed with laugh-out-loud comedy, soaring musical numbers and wonderfully relatable characters, Made in Dagenham is much more than a musical about equal pay. It’s a joyous celebration of friendship, determination and the extraordinary things ordinary people can achieve when they stand together. Audiences will leave the theatre smiling, humming the songs and newly inspired by a story that is as entertaining as it is powerful.
More than a night at the theatre, Made in Dagenham is a stirring reminder that ordinary people can change history. Join the fight for fairness and leave inspired to make your own voice heard!
